Hardwood floors, 30-foot barrel ceilings, steel trusses, skylights, and a restored garage door that opens to the sidewalk. The room every photographer asks for again.

A gas-fireplace lounge upstairs — for first looks, dressing-room overflow, ring-warming ceremonies, or the quiet ten minutes between ceremony and reception that every couple needs.
Hosted, not concierge'd.
Elizabeth answers your first call and walks the day with you. Every Tagvenue and Peerspace review names her by first name. That part of Sterling isn't a service tier — it's how we run.
The day
Ceremony, cocktail, reception. One room, three moods.
Sterling resets between phases without breaking your timeline. Ceremony chairs strike, dinner tables roll in, the dance floor opens at the third song. We've timed this hundreds of times.
Ceremony
Down the aisle, under the trusses.
A floral-arch ceremony aisle pointed toward the back wall, or a circular gathering under the central skylight. Either way: candles down the aisle, art on the walls, string lights overhead, and a couple of hundred people quiet enough to hear vows.
Cocktail hour
The room turns over while guests mingle.
Hand-passed cocktails on the main floor or open-air through the restored garage door. The loft becomes the secondary bar. Two photo backdrops — the steel trusses and the 1261 sign — without anyone moving.
Reception
Long tables, string lights, candle stretches.
Long farm-table reception for 130 seated, or rounds for 150. Café-string lights are part of the room. Bring your DJ, your band, or your playlist — Sterling has the PA either way.

What's included, what's yours to bring.
Pricing
$270 per hour.
One-hour minimum. 10% off any booking of eight hours or more — which is the rate most weddings end up at by the time you've added load-in and breakdown.
