Sterling has been booked for dozens of productions — fashion editorials, automotive shoots, branded video, indie short films. The room handles each of them differently.
Daylight + skylights
A naturally-lit 4,000 sq ft floor.
The skylights run along both ridges of the barrel ceiling. Morning light pours from the east side; afternoon from the west. Plan your scene around the light, or bring grip gear and you've got headroom for HMIs that no warehouse loft offers.
Styled sets
A room that production-designs itself.
Layered Persian rugs, cowhide, pallet tables, dried florals — past productions have built every conceivable styled set inside Sterling. White walls (movable) handle the editorial work. The hardwood handles everything else.
The loft
A second interior at no extra cost.
The upstairs loft reads as a different building. Leather chesterfield, wood-paneled cathedral ceiling, working gas fireplace, warm tungsten lighting. It's the second location your treatment didn't budget for.

Rate
$175/hour
Two-hour minimum. 10% off bookings of eight hours or more. Lower than the event rate because production is a different kind of day for the room.
