Group 01 Booking & pricing
How much does Sterling cost?
Events are $270 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Production (film and photo shoots) is $175 per hour with a two-hour minimum. Bookings of eight hours or more get a 10% discount on either rate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund 30 or more days out. 50% refund between 7 and 30 days out. Non-refundable inside 7 days. There is a 24-hour grace period after booking, provided your event is at least 48 hours away.
Can I change my date after booking?
Yes — dates can be moved within three months at no cost.
How do I reserve a date?
Inquire through the form on this site or call Elizabeth at (720) 201-1804. She replies the same day.
Group 02 Logistics & setup
Is parking available?
Yes — 70 paid on-site spaces plus free street parking. The Convention Center is a five-minute walk if your guests prefer to park near downtown hotels.
Is Sterling wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The entrance is street-level and the main floor is fully accessible.
What audio-visual equipment is included?
Projector, PA system, and WiFi. Bring your laptop with a standard adapter and you’re set.
Is there a dressing room?
Yes — a private dressing room is available, originally configured for the production listing but available for events as well.
What are your hours?
Sundays 6 AM to 11 PM. Mondays 6 AM to 11:30 PM. Tuesdays through Wednesdays slightly later. Thursdays through Saturdays 6 AM to 1:30 AM.
Group 03 Food & drink
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes — BYO is allowed. Bring the bar you want; we don’t mark it up because we don’t serve it.
Is there in-house catering?
No. Sterling is an external-catering venue. Bring the caterer you love. We have a full kitchen for them to stage in.
Can live bands play here?
Yes, live bands are welcome. The acoustics work for everything from acoustic duos to full ensembles.
Group 04 Capacity & layout
What is the maximum capacity?
Up to 150 guests standing. About 130 seated for dinner. The 4,000 square feet absorb crowds at either configuration.
What is the ceiling height?
30 feet, barrel-vaulted, with steel trusses and skylights.
Is the upstairs loft included?
Yes — the gas-fireplace loft is part of every booking. It works as a cocktail lounge, a quiet break room, or a separate ceremony space.
